there were a number of conversations with peers and potential managers, they happened remotely and all were very open and focused. the invitation process and execution of the interviews was very well coordinated.
Never spoke to a recruiter. They send you a generic invitation to take 2 tests that they want access to record you. No contact information of an HR rep if you have any questions. I’m not be recorded by some random people so it’s not happening. What a terrible process.

Entrevista
I applied for the position of Account Executive.
After passing the cognitive test, I was invited to have an initial phone screen with an internal recruiter that clearly understood nothing about my experience and asked me to consider entering with the position of Representative which she claimed was the only open role in the UK (I found out later this wasn't true).
The next step was a call with the leader of the Reps in the UK who, contrary to what the recruiter said, offered me to consider the open position of AE they had in London as my experience was more suited for this role. He also assured me that if the AE role wasn't going to be a good fit, I could have always started as a Rep.
Of course this also wasn't true as a few days later I received a very rude email from the recruiter saying that there was no AE role available and that the position was now filled.
Nobody had the dignity to answer to my mail when I asked for an explanation for this mess.
Absolute liars and unprofessional. I don't recommend it to my worst enemy.
