Applied online, received an email to schedule a phone interview with the recruiting team. That was about 30 minutes where I just explained my experience and why I was interested/qualified for the role. From there they let me know I would hear about doing a second interview with the manager(s) I would be working under. I heard back within a couple days and scheduled a 60 minute video call with the team. That interview was more of a classic interview where they asked questions and talked about their goals for the role, etc. They let me know when they expected to have a decision and I heard back within that window on my offer.
