Interviewer was unprepared and condescending. Eloquently let me know that this was a bottom of the totem pole job where I could be asked to do anything thing and everything, for entry level (lower than industry standards) pay. When asked if it was a family friendly company, she scoffed and asked if I knew how the advertising business worked. I do, and it seems like your company is very disorganized as far as advertising businesses go. This would be a great job for a new grad, who lives with parents and drives a Prius. Not a single mom with a BMW payment and a child to pick up on time.

I applied online in August, heard back in September, had a phone interview in October and an in-person interview in November... as you can see, this interview process was long and drawn out. I was offered another in-person interview in December, but declined because I was jumping through hoops to be paid so little. Interviewing was pretty basic with personality and resume questions. I did have a proof reading quiz, which was easy. Be prepared for the base salary to be extremely low (way lower than industry standards).
