initial interview was 30 minutes with the recruiter to screen if I was a good fit for the position. This was virtual and recorded. The recording was then reviewed by their director who gave the OK to move me forward to the next round of interviews. During this process the initial position I had interviewed for was closed, but there was a different position they thought I would be a good fit for and invited me to interview. I interview with the manager and she requested I come back to shadow the position to confirm if I may still like to move forward or not. This was never followed up on or scheduled. I had reached out to follow up on this request, but never heard back. 2 weeks later I receive an email stating they have decided to move forward with another candidate.
