On the request of the 2nd interviewee, I ensured my availability on sunday as well. After everything was said and done, the company mentions to give the offer letter thrice over the call. A week later they give me the reason, that I must have shown better commitment levels by reminding them for the 4th and further more times about the offer letter. My expereience was not at all good with the company, as I have was expecting an offer letter for which I rejected 2-3 jobs, and still im jobless. In my opinion, if commitment is calling the HR 3, 4 5 times to remind him/her about the offer letter, then what is the value of the words of HR.
