I was contacted by Pinpoint Pharma through LinkedIn regarding a position they were recruiting for. My initial conversation with the recruiter was fine, but as we spoke more, I came to realize he was extremely pushy to the point of bullying. He repeatedly called me by a different name, sent incorrect job descriptions, and his e-mails had so many grammar and spelling mistakes. Once I had my in-person interview at the company where Pinpoint were recruiting for, I immediately decided that it was not a fit for me. When I relayed this information to my recruiter, he yelled at me over the phone and behaved extremely unprofessionally. In the time since, I’ve come across others who have also been recruited by him, who had the same unprofessional and horrible experience with him. I would never use Pinpoint pharma and have advised the same to other friends and colleagues.
