Applied online, had 2 tests - mental agility test of which I passed then a coding challenge of which I had to do on javascript. Never used javascript before and was a pain to get through it but I managed to complete it and send it back. They had stated before that I would be trained within the job, and after passing the two tests they then said they're not progressing with my application because they've chosen candidates with more experience, which they could've said before that they wanted experienced candidates.

The process began with a call from an in-house recruiter describing the job, which office i'd be in and an overview of the interview process. Following this I had 2 multiple choice tests, one personality related and the other for logical thinking. On successful completion of these I received a coding test about using a JavaScript library(Moment.js) to manipulate and display some dates which led to an on-site interview, with the whole process taking around 1-2 weeks. The on-site interview lasted 1-2 hours and consisted of another JavaScript coding test. The way the interviewers handled this was great since it focused more on how you solve the issue, with the option to Google any syntax for people without as much JavaScript knowledge. Finishing up was another logic test and general interview questions.
