The interview process took around 3 weeks to finish and it was a good experience. The communication throughout the process was also excellent. The HR team was prompt in responding to my initial application and provided clear instructions for each stage of the interview. They were always respectful and approachable, making me feel valued as a candidate.

The interview process was very nice, everyone was very kind, very understandable and I felt that Pipedrive really cares about you as a person, they just don't want someone to do their job and that's it. They don't want just numbers. They want to hear people and make them feel good on their job and on their personal life.

It's a little bit long, with several interviews and at first it seems strange, but after you complete it makes sense, you get to know people in different roles and you get a glimpse of how the company works.
