Candidatei-me por indicação de um funcionário. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Piper Sandler.
Entrevista
The interview gave me a snap shot into the inner workings of this company and it was inefficient - to say the least. As any good interviewee does, I showed up 5 minutes early, full of enthusiasm and optimism about the prospects of this company and the role. But then minutes turned to a half hour and a half hour turned to hours, left waiting...and waiting....and waiting between each and ever interview window. For someone who was referred and with plenty of high level industry ears, this wasn't the right way to treat a candidate, a business partner, or a prospective client. It's simply not how you conduct business and my mind was made that the position wouldn't even be considered upon leaving the office. Piper, please fix your practices in this regard and avoid such actions in the future. It will diminish the core values you hold yourself to, sooner or later.
4 rounds. 30-45 min each spread across 4 weeks. 2 Associates, 1 director, 1 Managing director. Slow process but interviews were ok. This was for their investment banking division in New York.
Friendly. Lots of questions about previous deals worked on. Several light technicals. Focus on current job, responsibilities, particularly on calls. 1 initial interview over zoom. Then a 2 on 1 interview
First stage was an assessment followed by a hirevue video interview followed by a first round interview with an analyst and associate and then there was an assessment centre in the office with two associates and a vice president
