Entrevista
Piper's HR team responded relatively quickly to my application. The initial HR interview lasted about 45 minutes. Warned of a non-negotiable base pay. They did a great job of trying to see if you'd be a genuinely good fit, versus just drilling for technical skills. This also applied for my (phone) interview with the team. I was told I had the job within the day.

Really standard technical questions with non-brainer for the first round, didn't make to the superday (I would assume they only hire Taxes locals?) but I don't really know, save your time, don't just apply. They only give out interview for these who connect before
The interview process is great. Everyone at the firm is eager to help students and potential interns. Most questions are behavioral and technicals are more so to see thinking process

Q: Do you have any questions for me? *This is the most important part of the interview because they want to see that you care about the company and the interviewer.
Very good overall, definitely recommend, super cool. Cant recommend enough, pretty awesome, dont be scared, be resilient and versatile. Do your efforts due justifce with your ability to adhere your responses to the questions being asked.
