Phone calls with team members then one-on-one zoom interview with other analysts. Overall smooth process but compatible job environment and did not get the offer. Much like many other equity research interview processes.

I initially had a phone interview with the analyst, followed by an in-person several round interview at their office, followed by two Zoom interviews with other teams and research management.

Entrevista
The interview process was very non-traditional. Started with a Hirevue pre-recorded, and went directly to a phone call with the managing director. From there I had about 2 more phone calls, and then a writing test.
