Entrevista
The interview & hiring process at Piqora was exceptional. I worked with a recruiter who thought Piqora would be a great fit and she sent my resume & info over to the sales manager. We got a phone interview set up immediately, 3-4 days out, and I spoke with the VP of sales for about 30 min. He is a great guy and super easy to talk to. However, make sure to do your research on Piqora's value propositions, functionality, industry trends, how to prove value with social tools, etc - they want to make sure you know the space and can talk to marketers in particular. He informed me later that he wanted to meet in person for a f2f.
In the in person interview, I met with a couple different people on the team, including the CEO, for 30 minutes each. Again, make sure you know the product, value props, industry trends, and what marketers value.
