Applied for multiple roles, process is the same: HR video screen, take home task, technical during which you present the task and a final behavioural interview. Pirical is lacking profesionalism and transparency. They moved my application from one job to another as they wanted, took over 2 weeks to respond in between stages, dropped me after the final stage with no feedback at all. For another job I applied with them, they scheduled the tech interview, but cancelled it a few hours before without rescheduling. I kept asking what happened and when will we meet, but they responded that all the people that could do the interview were on annual leave. The situation remained like this for over a month, during which I emailed them weekly, but they never got back to me. Finally, 1 month later, they reached out to say that the position is now closed. Horrible experience, and considering that it happened to me 2 times, it clearly shows it is not a one time thing. They treat candidates unfairly, they are unprofessional and lack transparency, terrible experience overall.
