Got referred in, fairly fluid process. HR mgr reached out, had the phone interview, asked basic behavioral questions. Why PB, what can you tell me about the company? What can you tell me about the role? Heard back within a week that they would like to move forward. Came on site met with 4 people in groups of 2. Basic behavioral questions. They really like to see why PB, your fit for the role and how you can make an impact and be collaborative. Only concern they had with me was why I left my previous employeer.

The HR at Pitchbook Mumbai is pathetic. I first received a mail from HR saying that you are selected, and later I receive a mail from her saying that you will have a different date of joining which will be confirmed. Yesterday I got a mail saying that the business requirements are fulfilled so please look for other opportunities. If you did not want me to join then why are you giving hopes to candidates in such ways.
The HR is very unprofessional, as in the mails she always says don't send follow up emails or call for follow up, but isn't this the work of HR to answer the questions of any potential candidates.

interview process is of two rounds. first with the technical lead and second with the manager. if you are shortlisted then you will be getting call from the HR team within 2-3 days.

They were 2 rounds, the 1st round was to basically to check you whether you have appropriate knowledge about the finance industry and 2nd round was mostly testing the communication and situation based questions.
