Online application via linkedin or via their website, CV submission as well as answering a question on why you had applied to pitchbook and why you were interested in the customer success manager role - this took you to a phone screen with HR where they asked very basic behavioural/motivational questions - it was very relaxed and friendly. Second round was then with a team member and the final round was with the director of the division
Typical behavioral interview questions that they are looking STAR method answers for. Make sure that you really drive home the impact that YOU created in the situation and how that ties back to the overall value for the client.

Super professional communication from recruiter to hiring manager. The PitchBook team made the process very clear. The questions asked were fair and seemed to tie quite clearly to the functions of the job I was interviewing for. Overall, the interview process was positive.

Entrevista
A few phone calls & video calls with HR & hiring manager + some homework to complete (how to respond to an email from customer). The staff were quite friendly.
