The interview process moved at an absolute slog of a pace with numerous red flags in between, including an overall lack of communication and extra rounds after being told the previous was a "final round." The process began in December and went to the end of March. It's extremely disappointing because the editorial team seemed like quite pleasant and insightful people. No one wants to be the one to make a definitive hiring decision and they'll kick the tire down the road to the next person, and so on. They are very comfortable ghosting you, which is even more disappointing that a company like PitchBook would be so flaky. Totally think I dodged a bullet.
