Good and structured. Multi stage interviews with different leaders in the organisation. Some telephone interviews with some leaders in the US. Very selective to make sure skills matched the job profile.

Best interview I've ever had. A simple phone interview and was hired on the spot. Was still asked during the phone call when I would be able to start, Great! All interviews should be like this as in the end you can screen and re- interview a 100 times and still make the wrong decision. This applies to both, employers and job seekers.

interviews HR and Finance both within 4 weeks. First one HR business partner 2nd one senior managers which included HR director and line manager. Length approx 1 hour each in comfortable climate
