I was sourced on LinkedIn and had an intro call with the recruiter to gage interest.
Had a more formal call with the same corporate recruiter the following week where I felt like I was in an interrogation regarding my experience. Very impersonal. A lot of the questions were
Had a 30 minute interview with the HRBP which was also impersonal and took little time to get to know me. I don't think they looked at my resume before we got on the call. We went through every position and all she asked was if I was a full time EE or a contractor. Towards the end of the call, she was clearly looking at her phone rather than listening to my responses.
At least they followed up quickly to reject me. It's disappointing that the recruiter didn't even take the time to give me a call when I spent 90 minutes on the phone with them. Very impersonal and cold process which shows a lot about the company Culture IMO.
