First interview was a very informal 30 minutes over Zoom with the hiring manager. The final round consisted of 4 interviews in one day (cultural fit interview, technical interview, department head interview, and hiring manager interview). They asked some kinda tough questions in the technical interview, be ready to answer in-depth questions about your previous scientific work.

There is an informal interview like a screening. If you make it through that, then you have 3-4 back to back interviews scheduled: cultural, technical, and then a last one with the senior scientist.
