The process seemed straightforward at first with a recruiter screen, but the technical interview was more difficult than expected and caught me off guard. Didn’t move forward after that. Overall still a fair experience.

2 30 minute technical screeners and an onsite panel. The 30 minutes are very one way, both interviewers were abrupt with ending ontime and left no time for questions. They expect a lengthy presentation for the onsite after that (I declined).

Non-technical phone screening and technical interview. The next step was an onsite panel interview. The phone screening was very textbook and it felt stiff. Both interviewers seemed like they didn't want to be there and/or were under prepared.
