Applied online. Phone screen call with HR for 30 minutes followed by a skype interview with groups of people 30 minutes each. Everyone is lovely and you can tell they are trying to find the right fit.
The process takes a LONG time, so be patient. They like to review every possible candidate before making a decision,

The interview process is pretty much straightforward, in my case I had a reference for a role at the studio. I had several emails from HR and had a few zoom meetings lined up, in those interviews they will ask you about your life and your expectations working at the studio.

Entrevista
At their booth during CTN, very casual and interviewer was very friendly. She asked several questions on both my experience and what I was looking for in a job. The venue was a little loud and that defiantly made it more difficult to focus, but overall it was a good interview and went well.

Entrevista
First there was an interview with someone from their recruiting team, which was very casual. Then there was an interview with Production Managers, which was much more thorough but felt very approachable and friendly.
