Bizarre. If they want to interview you, you’ll sit through a multi-hour voice call via Discord where the mysterious founder/game designer/creative director who is 100% using an alias will ask you mostly unrelated brain teaser questions while his assistant takes notes on mute. When I asked how he protects his team from crunch (at the time he said one team was working on three projects), he said they didn’t have a system for that and that they didn’t need one. There were a bunch of other red flags but I didn’t hear back from them (not even a thank you for your time but we’ve decided not to move forward) so real cool and real professional, y’all.
