When a hiring manager interviews someone, it is the chance to put them on the spotlight. It is the moment to be impressed by this one individual and where they are coming from. At Pizza Hut, the comapny seems to downsize because noone takes their jobs serious. They know the expectations because that is the only thing that was mentioned to them at the interview. We do not know much of the individual professionally, but on what it is expected from them. I would rather go by the book and ask them questions that will affect the company by all means.
