Simple process submitted app in person based on recommendation from a friend. I initially worked the register and also helped make the pizza, but was eventually promoted to manager based on how hard I was willing to work. Easy questions, friendly interview with shift manager. Really looking for personality over skills, I was hired on the spot.

Great, straight to the point. Was asked general questions about past work experience. Very nice manager. They gave me a tour of the store and was told the responsibilities of the job.
It was a very good exchange with a nice recruiting team. All of them participated listing all the benefits and the purpose of the job and all the tasks assicuared
