I set up an in person interview and then had to switch to a phone interview. He was really straight foward and easy going. I would work for him for the right price.
Not too difficult. Bring resume. Ask how to deal with difficult customers and difficult employees. how to handle shifts. How to manage time. What's the job prospect? When do I want to get promoted

To describe the interview process I would say it was ok. It was a long process. It was a typical interview process for store manager. I have had easier interviews.
