Entrevista
I had a phone call interview initially, where I was asked about my experience. I then came in for an in person interview, where I was asked a few more questions. They were really friendly, it was a very relaxed interview. I shortly got the call to come in for my trial shift after this interview.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was easy to apply online, and I could monitor my application. I found the whole process simple compared to other recruiters. This is a strong reason for applying to Pizza Express.

Asked about why I wanted to work there (expects information on company not just skills). tell me about a time you worked in a team. Manager was very kind and made me feel relaxed

Different stations with different questions and some group activities - looking for connection and confidence.
The stations were not too difficult - standard interview questions e.g. 'name a time you went above and beyond to give great customer service'.
