It take a hour, it wasn't to technically and the main focus was regarding my experience and how I accomplished my task although I answered everything and the conversation was fluent, I didn't receive any feedback or information about the process and that was two months ago.

The leader asked me the same questions as the previous one in the 1st process, who interviewed me in August 2024. Whose answers are relative. The techniques or ways I have solved the problems may differ from his and be just as correct or better. Even more complex questions. I still demonstrated mastery of the subject. It is what I have done for years. What surprised me was that the interview was repeated. In March, the recruiter officer gave the following feedback: "While we recognize your theoretical knowledge, we believe there is an opportunity to further develop hands-on expertise in key DBA areas such as performance tuning, backup strategies, and troubleshooting real-world scenarios." This feedback was without describing the qualifications it lacks to fill the vacancy or pointing out those weaknesses to be worked on.
