I was introduced to the group through a recruitment company. The interview itself was pretty standard. It took place at the NY restaurant and was conducted by the General Manager, who asked basic questions about my past experience, why I left my last position, and if I would be able to fulfill the day-to-day responsibilities of the position they were looking to fill. They made their decision within a week and I started pretty much immediately.
