- There was only one call with 2 team members which lasted for quite a long time (around 2 hrs) - It felt like they had not really read my CV (one of the interviewers even admitted to this) and asked a lot of questions that were already answered in the CV - Questions felt really general and I could really not imagine that they were able to assess my abilities based on the questions they asked - I had the feeling that were trying to seem like a really cool and laid back company, but in fact all their questions sounded very corporate and stiff - Based on the questions and vibe, it felt like a very male-dominant environment that is absolutely not welcoming to women (they also mentioned that they do not have many women in their tech teams) - They told me that I would only have the legal minimum of holidays that are defined by law in Germany
