Interviewed for the company back in February. They promised to let me know if I got accepted within 5 days, but after 5 days passed, they never contacted me. I reached out to the recruiter, but they also ignored me. Applied again in August and went for an interview for the same position again, and they said they would let me know later on at night or the next day if I got accepted. No response yet again. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.

Pretty straightforward. Initial interview to gauge understanding of the industry for me to understand direction/culture. Second interview was with manager and also standard in questions and allowed me to ask my questions. Third interview included some flags when they said 'we are not for everyone' and other comments. We worked through it and I feel it was a pretty standard process.
