The whole process is a sham , first round is a brief interview of 30 minutes post which they will give you a detailed case study and ask you to send the Case Solution 2 hours prior to the interview. The case study would involve research on a commodity, suppliers and procurement process design. As soon as they receive the case solution , 1-2 hours prior to the meeting the interview would be cancelled suddenly with no feedback.
