The interview process was smooth and fairly quick. The recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and set up a phone screening the following business day. From my initial call with the recruiter to my culture call with a founding team member, every Planet employee was incredibly warm and welcoming. What stood out during the entire process was how the interviews went both ways. Just as Planet is learning why you would be a great cultural fit for the company, they provide opportunities every step along the way to ask questions about Planet and their personal experiences.

Good communication, although the hiring manager was not present for our interview. We rescheduled, and then it was a nice conversation. It was a little frustrating not to move forward, since he showed a lot of enthusiasm about our conversation.
