Interviewer was late, wouldn't make eye contact and seemed out of it. He was even picking his nails. He explained that the job mostly consist of cleaning and if I was comfortable cleaning the bathrooms. He seemed taken aback when I asked for further details
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.

Entrevista
I interviewed with the club's general manager and was offered by the end of the interview. The interview took place in the lobby of the club and I was given a tour of the facility. Questions were pretty straightforward and general to customer service.
