It was very simple and straight forward. I knew someone within the company and actually got an interview that way. I was initially brought in as a front desk associate and the "interview" for that was non-existent. I had to interview with upper-level management for the potential promotion and the interview was more like a test of what I had learned about Planet Fitness over the first few weeks of employment.

Easy interview process, not much clarity on their job offering in terms of pay, benefits, etc., I had to ask all those questions. The AGM position started at just under $19-- jokingly unrealistic, if they expect anyone to work hard and stick around. I have no doubt the company could shuffle budgets around to put a little more into their labor costs. Felt like a waste of time.

Interview process is fast, they called me the same day i applied and hired me on within a week. The manager is very professional. The interview lasted about 20 minutes. They interviews other candidates and got back to be super fast.

This was an easy interview process! I went through a phone screening and a virtual interview stage and was immediately hired. Make sure to demonstrate your determination to be a leader and support a team. They are also looking for candidates with a growth mindset
