I got a call a few days after applying saying they were doing interviews all week at such and such a time. There were 2 people who interviewed me. They asked pretty standard questions about previous job experiences, plans for the future, etc. Said they would call me in a week but never did.

How do you feel about having to clean the machines?
It took almost two weeks to get a call for an interview. I had a phone interview with the general manager. I was asked a few questions before I was schedule for an interview in person.

I was asked about my availability and customer service experience.
I received a quick 15-minute phone screening followed by meeting with the area and club managers. This all happened within about 2 weeks. I’d say the process was fairly typical to other similar positions.

Why are you interested in Planet Fitness specifically

Entrevista
I interviewed with the club's general manager and was offered by the end of the interview. The interview took place in the lobby of the club and I was given a tour of the facility. Questions were pretty straightforward and general to customer service.
