Very casual and relaxed. Primarily concerned about my insight into general fitness, how to interact with people, and how I am self motivated. Management are very detailed about the potential onboarding process. I was offered the position formally 24 hours later .

Sat down and asked basic questions on a worksheet. Simple questions like strengths weaknesses etc, what you plan on doing 5 years from now, why you chose planet fitness. Then there were some fun questions at the end like what is your favorite song.

If we asked your last employer, what would they say your biggest weakness is?
Asked about work ethic and how I was able to work while being in the early hours or the day. It wasn’t that difficult of a interview and was easier than most.
