Pretty basic simple questions and was calm enough> Questions are standard for any customer service job. They explain what they need and the training process pretty clearly. A lot of your training is done through videos and learning on the fly anyway so its not that bad

Tell me about a conflict you've encountered and how did you resolve it?
Very simple, questions based on how much or how often you will have to interact with people of varying temperaments on a daily basis. Asks about personal future goals, previous job experience, describing yourself as an individual.
Started with phone call then got called in for an in person interview. the interview was very laid back and easy going, aslong as you be yourself and are an outgoing and welcoming person then you should be good.
