On call, unnecessary questioning and lengthy process. They have a test which I took 2 times in two years because they lost all previous data. I qualified both times but they take a long time in calling back. Work hours and goals suggested are tedious as well.

Application, English/Aptitude/Teaching skills online test, Video questions, HR round..The process was easy except video round where you have to record live videos where they check your body language, confidence, pronunciation etc.
