Had a phone interview and then an in person Interview for a Long Island City Queens Internal Recruitment postion. They asked me to travel to there HQ that is located in Parsipany NJ a good 1.5 hour commute. and for me since I work and live in in NY a 40 cab ride on top of that. met with the CFO. Heard back to weeks later from the Internal Recruiter if I was still interested in my Candidacy. That was 3 weeks ago, then nothing. They could have a the very least sent a regection letter. So unprofessional. I can gage my the general feedback and Bio's of there HR staff pretty unqualified. Not a great way to make an impression of your self in todays very visable and competitive job market. I'm certain they do not value employees time or value what so ever. Also they where trying to fill this role since Dec 2014, your only job is recruitment and it takes you 4 months.
