Cool company but the interview was strange. It was completely rushed by the recruiter who arrived late didn't seem as if she was genuinely considering me. It sort of felt as if it was being done to appease the manager who referred me as there weren't many meaningful questions being asked or many in general.

Entrevista
I went through two rounds of interviews before ultimately being rejected due to “a strong pool of candidates.” Throughout the actual interviews, the feedback I received made it seem like I was an excellent fit for the role, which made the outcome feel misleading.
They had a difficult time answering emails in a timely manner.
The communication felt inconsistent with the final decision, giving the impression that expectations weren’t clearly aligned on their end.
The role was advertised in the $65K–$75K salary range.

Entrevista
The interview process had 3 main stages:
1) 20-minute chat with recruiter
2) Two 30-minute chats with each of the co-founders respectively
3) Take-home assessment
Overall, the interview process was smooth and the recruiter was there to answer any questions along the way.
