There are two people interviewing you. One represents technical knowledge, and the other is more human resources. I never progressed past first interview. You are asked plenty of soft questions. Such as, describe a personal weakness and strength. For lack of a better location, the interview was conducted in a large common room, shared with other offices. They simply ignored me after my interview. Very unprofessional.
