They reached out to me to schedule an interview. I asked for them to supply the salary range (which is required by law in my state) before scheduling an interview, and I was told they were "waiting to find out," despite the fact that the role had been posted over 2 weeks prior. Why schedule interviews without knowing the pay range unless you want to waste a lot of people's time? I scheduled it anyway, hoping to get the information between then and the interview. They never followed up, so I canceled my interview since they're incapable of providing the most basic information for a JOB. I let them know I'd be happy to reschedule once salary info was available, and NEVER heard back. Complete waste of time.

Entrevista
This was by far the most unprofessional and disrespectful interview I’ve ever had. I met with two senior HR representatives from the Medlive division and they made it clear early on that courtesy and listening skills were not their strengths.
After brief introductions, I was asked the usual “Tell me about yourself” question — but I barely got a sentence into my response before being interrupted. Each time I began describing my experience at a past company, I was cut off with “Why did you leave?” Over and over again. The interruptions were constant and dismissive, making it impossible to answer the original question or speak to my skills and accomplishments.
There were no resume gaps or short stints that warranted such interrogation, so the fixation on why each role ended felt excessive and, frankly, disrespectful. The experience left me questioning how this company treats its employees if this is how they conduct their interviews.
While I can’t say for certain what motivated that HR team’s behavior, it did feel like they were expecting someone very different to appear on camera and their demeanor noticeably shifted when I didn’t match that expectation. Regardless of intent, it was inappropriate and unprofessional.
Needless to say, I rejected them. Candidates should remember interviews go both ways. If this is how leadership behaves in a first impression interview, I can only imagine how dismissive and unprofessional they might be once you’re on the inside. Good luck!

Tell me about yourself was the only question I was asked however, I was not even given the opportunity to respond accordingly due to the interviewer's rude interruptions as she was more interested in interrupting to ask why I left each company I worked for rather than hearing about what I had to say in response to her question.

To apply you have to email HR directly which I thought was odd. Spoke to the head of HR. She asked basic questions. Overall nice but she was unengaging. I was ghosted after the initial interview.
