Director on the Supply Chain recruitment team reached out to set up an interview for Monday, but ghosted me. No email or follow up. If this is how they treat prospective candidates, it raises concerns about their internal culture and leadership.

Entrevista
The interview process was great! I completed a total of two-three rounds over the course of 2 weeks. They provide the opportunity to meet the team, ask lots of questions, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. It never felt like a "game" or an interrogation, but rather more conversational in nature (giving me the ability to really be myself and speak candidly).

They asked a lot about my technical abilities, my experience, and what motivates me in the recruiter role. They wanted to get to know me overall and see if the role would be a fit for me as well as their team.

Entrevista
I had a great experience interviewing with Brian, Jon, and Jon at Platinum Recruiting. Everyone was very professional and asked a lot of thorough questions to understand my experience and career desires. I met with Brian and his team once onsite. I then had a phone call with Jon who works out of Louisville. The last phone conversation was to wrap up interest and ensure expectations and requirements were understood.
