1) Interview by Skype. No information about salary. 2) Huge test with 4 tasks (research, make a video, write an article, feedback about their course. 3) Interview with a potential boss. Totally it took 5 weeks. Time when they ask you about salary expectations.

Entrevista
The interview develops over several interviews. The first interview is with the owner. the second is with the dean who will also ask for your expected salary. The third is the presentation of a video lesson created especially for them. It is part of the technical test package that also includes feedback from a lesson, from the Platzi platform and the writing of a blog article. The following interview is with human resources called a 'cultural fit interview' in which the company's benefits are discussed and the questions from the first interview are repeated. Afterwards, there should be two more interviews.

Entrevista
It was a quick process and the interview felt like a conversation. It helped having prepared by watching Platzi courses related to job interviews. I had calls with different leaders in a short time span.
