Very simple and easy process for people with non criminal background, their is a two step process to the interviews and takes about a week or so after you interview to actually start your training

Theres about 3-5 rounds. Email questionnaire is screened by HR relating to culture fit and reasons to work for the company. First interview is by one of the team managers. Next step is with HR. I got only to the first round.
