Advice to Management:
If you want to hire "Elite" developers, you need to provide an elite recruitment experience. Ghosting a senior-level candidate with decades of experience and academic contributions to the field is embarrassing for your brand. Fix your scheduling and communication internally before asking for "high-quality" output from others.

I am a senior developer and author of Python/Django academic texts. I was curious about their "Elite" developer opening, but my experience confirmed the negative reviews already posted here.
I sat in the interview room for the duration of the scheduled meeting; the interviewer, Faith P., never showed up. There was no follow-up, no explanation, and no respect for my schedule. This confirms the reports of this company being "disorganized and unprofessional." A company's interview process is a window into their daily operations—and based on this, their "complex systems" are likely managed with the same level of chaos. Highly discouraged for any serious professional.

Entrevista
The interview process was all over the place. The first one seemed legit with the product owner then after that it felt like no one knew what was the goal of opening this role. I was guiding the interview as far as important questions and what I was looking for as far as career projection.
And the offer was RIDICULOUSLY LOW $40K below median market for the role completely disrespectful to my expertise. I DO NOT recommend taking a role at this company, if they don't have the budget now they won't later
