Was recruited through Exentive, their recruiting agency. After a brief exchange with two of their HR staff, I had an interview with one of their engineers. we did a coderpad interview that didn't go very well, I wasn't used to coderpad's environment and ended up taking a large chunk of time trying to get situated around writing tests. This obviously exasperated the interviewer, who didn't really ask me any questions or talk to me through the interview whatsoever. They then ghosted me completely. This definitely doesn't seem like a professional workplace.
