The virtual interview experience was unprofessional and poorly structured. The final interview began without any introductions or overview of the process. Throughout the process, there were extended periods of dead air after I answered questions. Which made me feel I was being left without acknowledgment or clear engagement from the interviewer. After (not sure if it is) the final interview, I was left alone in the meeting with only the recruiter present, who remained in the call but unresponsive. No advise from anyone of the interviewer whether I should stay on the call or exit. I also sent a message asking if the interview is done (while still in the meeting), but received no response, which led me to leave the call after 20 minutes. The lack of communication and structure made the overall experience uncomfortable and unprofessional.
