Interview. 2nd interview then hired into the New York office . Quick and painless. The general foreman is a good and respectable super. I’ve already answered this question yet it keeps telling me to write more.

Candidatei-me por meio de recrutador(a). O processo levou 4 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Plaza Construction (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Met with one of the VP's for a superintendent position. He was very friendly and seemed like a nice guy. Asked the typical questions of what my background was and the types of projects I worked on. The biggest surprise was asking for additional references. He wanted references from subcontractors I worked with in the past. So just be prepared for such a request.
About 3 weeks later I got a call back for a second interview, but I declined due to another offer.
