Their HR person who had scheduled an interview with me...kind of ghosted me? On the day of the interview, she herself had allocated the time, but I received no call. So I emailed her to check-in if there's any issue or we needed to reschedule, the later was agreed on, all good. The next day again, no show. I send her an email again...no response on that. I did this for 4 days, alternatively. I mean talk about unprofessional. As a young person, who is just breaking into the industry, this was a horrendous and anxiety ridden experience. To hiring professionals, please be kind to the interviewees and let them be in the loop on what is going on with their application, whether it gy through or not. Very basic etiquettes.
